Be safe when camping with the proper campfire set up

Identify and prepare how to build the best campfire on the campsite just from doing a little research over the Internet.  Learn how to build campfires and make natural fire starters just like the boy or girl scouts do.  Get great ideas and activities from a camping discussion board on camp songs, kid games and tales, skits, cooking recipes like chili and dessert tips, even pick up a scary camp fire ghost story or joke.

Accessories you will need to build your camping fire in a ring or pit include a grill or grate, matches or a grill lighter, clean dry firewood in different sizes: Tinder: small and extra dry, Kindling: Medium sized sticks and for the Fuel any wood larger than kindling which makes for a longer burning time.  You will also need wet sticks for your marshmallows too!  It may be a good idea to buy a camp fire video on sale that demonstrates a proper setup if you are a novice to camping to get the picture.

Don’t forget to bring suitable food for the camp-fire meals, some people even use a Dutch oven and rotisserie when camping.  You should also have around your cooking tools, coffee, tongs, chair to sit in, portable fire extinguisher (just in case) and of course pots and pans to name a few things.

Read information online from merchants who sell all types of camping gear and equipment for the fire and more with great sales and discounts to offer.  You can live in California or Kansas, USA or Vancouver, Canada and still find the same information and accessories online that you will need to build a fire by the camp.  Once all of your research is complete and you’re on your way to the camping adventure, don’t forget to bring one last thing… you’re guitar of course with the right chords to the song or songs you will sing around the campfire.
